libgd2-xpm-dev software package provides GD Graphics Library version 2 (development version), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgd2-xpm-dev
libgd2-xpm-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgd2-xpm-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgd2-xpm-dev *
You will get with libgd2-xpm-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
